The University of Maine School of Law Ocean and Coastal Law Journal (OCLJ) is still accepting submissions for Volume 28, Issue 2. OCLJ is dedicated to facilitating discourse on legal issues related to domestic and international use of the sea. While its focus is on public marine law issues, its scope is broad and includes a variety of topics. Recent publications have addressed offshore alternative energy development, coastal zone management, international maritime boundaries, aquaculture, and other related subjects.
Submissions can be made via Scholastica or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we review articles of any length, we prefer submissions that are between 15,000 and 25,000 words, inclusive of footnotes. Citations should conform to the most recent edition of the Bluebook. Please submit in Word format along with an updated CV.
Please submit by December 1. We look forward to reviewing your work!
