The Florida State University Law Review will be accepting submissions for Volume 54, Issue 4 starting Monday, July 20th.
We invite submissions from legal scholars, including professors, judges, and practicing attorneys. Articles written by current law students or recent graduates will not be considered for publication.
Submission Guidelines:
(1) Manuscripts should be no longer than 30,000 words, including footnotes.
(2) Articles are preferred over shorter works like essays.
(3) Only submissions submitted through Scholastica will be reviewed.
(4) Submissions should follow Bluebook citation format and use footnotes exclusively.
(5) The production schedule anticipates an initial draft due date of January 11, 2027.
Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all available slots are filled.
