The Peking University Transnational Law Review ("STL Law Review") invites submissions from the international legal community. The editorial board of the STL Law Review is comprised exclusively of J.D. & J.M. and LL.M. students at Peking University School of Transnational Law. Each volume will feature an in-depth research section focused on a specific topic, thereby enhancing the quality of transnational academic research.
Submission requirements
Topic & Timeline
- For the current volume, the topic open for submission is "Inheritance of Family Wealth."
- STL Law Review welcomes high-quality submissions on related subjects, including family trusts, inheritance law, etc. The current submission window will close in 15th November, 2024.
Format & Required files
- The body text should be double-spaced and in 11-point font size.
- Times New Roman or Century Schoolbook font on A4 paper.
- Word count between 15,000 to 30,000 (including footnotes, but not appendices).
- Submit one Microsoft Word document and one converted PDF document.
- Text and citations must adhere to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st edition).
- Author(s) must submit a Curriculum Vitae or Résumé.
- Author(s) must include an Abstract of the article, with a maximum length of 250 words.
Publication details
- The present volume (volume 6) is tentatively scheduled for publication in Spring 2025.
- STL Law Review does not charge fees to authors.
