The Quinnipiac Law Review, flagship journal of the Quinnipiac University School of Law, is now accepting article submissions for Volume 45!
We are seeking articles pertaining to any area of the law, as long as they represent thoughtful and original contributions to legal scholarship. Past article topics have included insider trading law, tax policy in the age of automated labor, the legal history of the civil rights movement, a philosophical analysis of stare decisis principles, and many more!
Citations and style should conform to current Bluebook standards. While our target article length is 25-40 pages, we will consider lengthier submissions as well! Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and Volume 45 will be published in 4 separate issues over the course of 2027.
The Quinnipiac Law Review takes pride in paying close attention to its authors' needs, providing a thorough and personalized editing experience. Our process includes four tiers of editing, all while keeping in mind the tone and voice of the author‘s submission. We strive to make all submissions the best they can be before print.
The Quinnipiac Law Review accepts submissions via regular mail, email, direct submission and Scholastica. Kindly include an abstract, curriculum vitae and cover letter with any submissions.
