Formerly known as the Connecticut Probate Law Journal, QPLJ began in 1986 as the official reporter of probate decisions in the State of Connecticut. QPLJ is sponsored by Quinnipiac University School of Law (QUSL) and is published in cooperation with the National College of Probate Judges and the Connecticut Probate Assembly.
QPLJ is extremely flexible regarding format and length. We will publish articles as short as 3,000 words, allowing us to publish probate-specific articles that would otherwise not be published due to their length.
