The Rutgers Race and the Law Review is currently accepting article submissions for both issues of Volume 28, scheduled for publication in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. At the moment, we are looking for 6 legal articles that critically examine and analyze the intersection of race, ethnicity, and the law.
RR&LR was established in 1996 and provides a forum for scholarship for the analysis and discussion of the relationship between race, ethnicity, and the law. It is only the second journal in the country to focus solely on the broad spectrum of multicultural issues within the law.
For consideration, please submit your scholarly articles along with a CV by August 1st, 2026. We will accept until then or until all available slots are filled. Manuscripts may be submitted via Scholastica.
Length: Preferably no longer than 35-40 pages, including footnotes. Submissions must adhere to Bluebook citations.
RR&LR looks forward to reading and considering all submissions. Thank you so much!
