The High Tech Law Journal at Santa Clara University School of Law is an eminent law journal that focuses on novel issues found at the intersection of law, technology, and public policy. We are looking for articles from legal scholars, law school graduates, and other practicing legal professionals that are able to add new perspectives to the field.
We will be accepting articles now and all the way through the upcoming academic year. Vol. 41 plans on publishing our first issue in October. If authors would like to have their articles published in the first issue, please submit as soon as possible to provide ample time for the editing and production process.
