The South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business (SCJILB) is currently accepting submissions for our upcoming volume. Submissions should be made through Scholastica, and include your manuscript and CV and any other attachments as both Word and PDF documents. Please contact with any questions. We look forward to reading your work!

SCJILB is a student-run, student-edited semiannual publication of the University of South Carolina School of Law. First published in 2003, SCJILB actively seeks and selects article submissions from scholars and practitioners on a wide range of topics in public and private international law for publication. The Journal’s substantive focus provides for a framework to publish scholarly articles that analyze global economic and social flows that affect the world.

SCJILB seeks further engagement with professionals and scholars across disciplines through its biennial symposia, cooperation with foreign universities, and interaction with the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
