The Texas A&M Journal of Property Law is accepting proposal submissions for Issue One of Volume Thirteen’s publication to be released fall 2026.
To be considered for publication, please submit your manuscript via Scholastica or email your submission to EIC-JPL@law.tamu.edu. We will evaluate submissions on a rolling basis and can accommodate requests for expedited review.
We invite scholarship that advances both practical and theoretical approaches to Property Law. We accept articles, essays, book reviews, notes, and comments. We hope to use this Volume of the Journal of Property Law to explore boundary-pushing questions in all areas of Property Law, including real property, energy, intellectual property, and autonomy. This list is by no means exhaustive. If your article advances the field of Property Law scholarship, our editors will give it full consideration for publication on its merits.
