Texas Law Review Online is currently accepting submissions for publication in Vol. 104, Issue 7, to be published in April 2026. TLRO is the online companion to Texas Law Review. It publishes short articles, essays, student notes, and book reviews on any topic. It also publishes response pieces to articles published in TLR.
For this issue, we are prioritizing submissions of 8,000 words or fewer, including footnotes. Citation style should conform to the 22nd edition of the Bluebook. Submissions with incomplete or missing citations are less likely to be selected for publication. Authors are fully responsible for the content, sources, and integrity of their submissions, including when using AI. Authors must verify the accuracy of all cited materials. We reserve the right to reconsider the publication of a submission based on these factors.
