The Albany Law Journal of Science & Technology is one of the oldest and most established science and technology journals in the country. Our journal has been among the top twenty-five journals in the nation in the categories of science, technology, and computing and intellectual property according to the Washington & Lee Law School ranking system.
We are looking for articles that will continue our tradition of excellence in legal development and analysis, and will serve as a great benefit to our readership. Our Journal welcomes articles and essays addressing important issues regarding the intersection of science, technology, and the law.
