The Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal is currently accepting submissions for both the fall and spring editions of Volume 39 (2022-2023 issues). EBDJ accepts submissions for articles with an emphasis on developing a wide range of legal matters in bankruptcy or insolvency law. EBDJ does not accept submissions written or co-written by law students.
