The Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Law is now accepting submissions for Volume 19, books 1-3.
KJEANRL is the University of Kentucky College of Law's specialized law review, committed to fostering and contributing to academic and practical dialogue within the evolving fields covered by our journal.
We are seeking articles, essays, and comments on equine, agriculture, natural resources, environmental, and energy law, as well as related interdisciplinary fields such as land use planning, estate planning, administrative law, gaming law, property law, patent law, and any other area where our specialties converge with the law.
In addition to seeking pieces for our first three books in Volume 19, we are also accepting submissions relating to equine law for our upcoming symposium book. The symposium's focus is on the equine industry and will be held in March 2027.
We encourage articles to be fewer than 25,000 words, essays to be fewer than 17,500 words, and comments to be fewer than 6,000 words, including footnotes.
