Dear Authors,
The Review of Litigation is now accepting submissions for Volume 46, to be published during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Published by The University of Texas School of Law, The Review of Litigation is one of the nation's premier journals devoted exclusively to civil litigation. We publish scholarship that addresses procedural, evidentiary, and substantive issues that arise in actual litigation, with an emphasis on practical relevance to courts, practitioners, and policymakers. Our articles have been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court, numerous federal circuit and district courts, and state courts of last resort across the country.
We welcome submissions from scholars, judges, and practitioners on topics including—but not limited to—civil procedure, evidence, remedies, complex litigation, arbitration, federal courts, and the intersection of litigation with public policy and regulatory structures.
Submissions are accepted via Scholastica. Our submission guidelines are available on our website, linked here. For questions, please contact the Editor in Chief at TheReviewofLitigation@gmail.com.
We look forward to reviewing your work.
Best Regards,Aydin Karasapan
