UCLA Law's Journal of Environmental Law & Policy (JELP) is soliciting scholarly articles and student comments for its Fall 2023 volume. JELP is seeking works about legal or policy issues in the environmental law field, and we are particularly interested in articles and comments that address environmental justice.
