The University of Massachusetts Law Review invites submissions for Volume 22, Issue 1, to be published in Fall 2026.
We welcome articles and essays from scholars, practitioners, and professionals on a wide range of legal topics. The Law Review is particularly interested in pieces that engage with contemporary legal challenges, offer innovative perspectives, and contribute meaningfully to ongoing scholarly conversations.
Submission Guidelines
- Submissions should generally range between 20,000 and 30,000 words, including footnotes, though shorter essays may also be considered.
- All citations must conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed.).
- Please include a current CV or résumé.
Submission Process:
Submissions will be accepted on a rolling basis. Manuscripts may be submitted electronically via Scholastica. The editorial board will review submissions on a rolling basis and notify authors of publication decisions as promptly as possible.
