The First Amendment Law Review at the University of North Carolina is now accepting submissions for our Fall 2026 publication. As the premier law journal in the country dedicated exclusively to First Amendment scholarship, we welcome articles that engage deeply with any aspect of First Amendment rights, including freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly, and petition.
