The University of Hawaiʻi Law Review is currently accepting submissions for its upcoming Volume 47 Spring Issue, which will be published in 2025. Advancing legal scholarship in Hawaiʻi, the Pacific, and beyond, the University of Hawaiʻi Law Review contributes to the national discourse on emerging legal issues. The priority deadline is September 15, 2024, but we strongly encourage authors to submit their manuscripts as soon as possible. A limited number of offers are available and will be extended on a rolling basis.
