The University of La Verne College of Law Journal of Law, Business, and Ethics is seeking submissions from legal scholars and professionals for Volume 30 of our journal.
We will consider all areas of the law and will accept submissions from February 3rd, 2023 - April 3rd, 2023.
1) We prefer that articles be submitted through Scholastica, but if that poses any issues for you, please feel free to submit articles to jlbe@laverne.edu. No preferential weight will be given to either method of submission during the selection process.
2) Articles should be under 30,000 words, including footnotes.
3) All footnotes should comply with The Bluebook: Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020).
