The University of Miami’s Inter-American Law Review (IALR) is currently accepting submission for Volume 58, Issue 1, which will be published in November 2026. We accept contributions until the end of July.
The IALR accepts submissions regarding or exploring any significant legal issues affecting the Americas (Canada, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean). We also welcome any submissions analyzing United States domestic law, which has a significant impact on the Americas.
