The University of Michigan Journal of Environmental and Administrative Law (MJEAL) is now accepting submissions for our 14th Volume!
Articles are accepted on a rolling basis, but authors are strongly encouraged to submit as early as possible.
We are welcoming all articles related to environmental law, energy law, and administrative law, with particular attention to scholarship highlighting legal issues affecting marginalized groups, such as racial minorities and the LGBTQ+ community.
