The North Dakota Law Review is the exclusive journal of the State Bar Association of North Dakota. We are looking to feature articles on constitutional law, innovation, and juvenile justice in our upcoming volume; however, we are open to all topics!
Fun Facts: North Dakota is known for Tribal Law and Energy law - particularly Oil and Gas; was the first state to move the entire trial court system to electronic records; and one of the first states to adopt the UBE.
