The University of San Diego International Law Journal (SDILJ) is accepting submissions for Spring 2027 and Fall 2027 issues. SDILJ is a student-run academic journal devoted to international legal scholarship. Since 1999, SDILJ has provided a global forum for pertinent issues in international and comparative law. The journal publishes bi-annually and showcases academic and practical submissions written by scholars, judges, and practitioners from throughout the world.
As a journal based in San Diego, a cornerstone of trade, technology, tourism, and immigration, international legal developments are particularly relevant to our community. SDILJ thus encourages submissions pertaining to international trade, United States-Mexico relations, immigration, maritime law, human rights, and other unique international topics of interest.
Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all available slots are filled. Please submit all articles through Scholastica for consideration.
