The UNLV Gaming Law Journal invites submissions for Volume 17, to be published in Spring 2027.
We welcome scholarly articles, essays, and commentaries exploring all aspects of gaming law, including but not limited to:
- Sports betting and esports wagering
- State and federal regulation
- Online and mobile gambling
- Prediction markets
- Skill-based gaming and sweepstakes
- Tribal gaming
- International and comparative gaming law
- Cryptocurrency and blockchain in gaming
- Responsible gambling and regulatory compliance
Please submit your manuscript as a Word document (.docx) and provide a CV with your submission.

- Preferred length: 4,000–25,000 words

- Citations: Must conform to the 22nd Edition of The Bluebook
