The Wake Forest Journal of Law & Policy is currently seeking submissions for Vol. 17, which will publish Fall 2026 through Spring 2027. Our journal’s mission is “to introduce, maintain, and advance discourse so as to uncover social policies that will engender equality and the true administration of justice.” To that end, we seek quality policy-focused analyses from academics and practitioners with a word count between 10k–25k words.
