The Washington and Lee Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice (JCRSJ) is still accepting articles for publication in Volume 33, Fall 2026 Issue.
JCRSJ invites academics, practitioners, judges, and other members of the legal community to submit manuscripts engaging with contemporary issues in civil rights and social justice. We welcome scholarship offering thoughtful and diverse perspectives on the legal issues shaping our communities and institutions.
Submissions are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis, and earlier submissions are preferred. Articles may be submitted through Scholastica.
Footnotes should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (22nd ed. 2025).
