The Wayne Law Review is now accepting submissions for its Volume 72 Business Issue. The Wayne Law Review is the flagship journal of Wayne State University Law School. The Second Issue of our 72nd Volume will focus on business law. We seek articles contributed by law professors and practicing attorneys on topics ranging from corporate governance, securities regulation and capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, tax law, venture capitalism, bankruptcy, commercial law, and intellectual property, among others.
