The Willamette Journal of Social Justice & Equity is now accepting submissions for Volume 7, Issue 2. We welcome interdisciplinary legal analysis informed by the social sciences, humanities, education, and other disciplines.
For Issue 2, we are especially interested in articles concerning immigration and ICE enforcement; protest rights and the policing of dissent; artificial intelligence, data privacy, and mass surveillance; and reproductive rights and bodily autonomy.
Submissions may be made through Scholastica or by email to sje-law-submissions@willamette.edu. All submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis until the available publication slots are filled, and authors are encouraged to submit early for full consideration. Please see our Scholastica page for complete submission criteria.
Volume 7, Issue 2 is expected to be published in Spring 2027. The Journal will consider student-authored submissions only from students currently enrolled at an Oregon law school.
We look forward to reviewing your submissions!
