The Wilmington Law Review, published by Wilmington University Farnan School of Law, is now accepting submissions for our upcoming volume, scheduled for publication in Spring 2027. We invite submissions from academics, judges, and practitioners across the legal community. We welcome scholarship spanning a broad range of legal fields and especially encourage works addressing topics of particular interest to the Delaware legal community.
