The Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy is accepting submissions for Volume 33 on topics at the intersection of law and policy. We will be accepting rolling submissions from now through October 2023.
We prefer submissions via scholastica and review articles on a rolling basis. The response timeline is currently around 4 weeks. Expedited review is available in limited circumstances.
