The Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy is now accepting submissions both for a Special Issue to be published in Winter 2019 and a General Issue to be published in Spring 2020.
The Spring Issue will contains traditional law review articles, as well as practical or policy related essays, notes, and remarks by law professors and practitioners.
The Winter Issue will feature shorter pieces and responses focused on issues surrounding the Electoral College.
