The Emory Law Journal Online invites submissions of essays between 6,000 and 10,000 words (excluding footnotes) for publication in it's current volume (Volume 70). Our online journal accepts submissions on a rolling basis. However, submissions received by February 15, 2021 will be considered for publication this Spring.
After February 15, the Emory Law Journal Online will continue to review submissions for publication in our forthcoming volume (Volume 71).
The Emory Law Journal Online is the online companion to our flagship print journal--the Emory Law Journal. Articles published in the online journal are available and searchable in online databases, such as Westlaw and HeinOnline. Because we publish shorter articles in an online format, we are able to streamline the editorial process and publish articles more quickly than traditional print journals.
Articles may be submitted to the Emory Law Journal Online through Scholastica. We look forward to receiving your submissions.
