EXPEDITED DECISIONS: Manuscripts will be accepted or rejected within 7 days of submission. 

The Marquette Benefits & Social Welfare Law Review is now accepting submissions for Volume 25, Issue 2, which is set to be published in May of 2024.

The Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review publishes articles devoted to international and domestic civil rights and social justice perspectives on employee benefits, disability, elder, health, poverty, and social insurance law. 

Please submit materials via Scholastica, including a manuscript and CV, or email materials to benefitslaw@marquette.edu.
