The Florida State University Business Review is now accepting submissions for its upcoming August Issue, marking our first open call for manuscripts in nearly five years. We are seeking high-quality scholarship on diverse and novel topics in business law.
We welcome submissions from practitioners, professors, and J.D. students, both from FSU and other institutions. We invite both full-length articles and shorter notes and strongly prefer manuscripts under 25,000 words (approximately 50 law review pages, inclusive of text and footnotes).
If your business-related article did not find placement during the spring submission cycle, we encourage you to submit it for consideration. The Review also invites newly completed scholarship and welcomes submissions from authors seeking a timely and engaged publication process. We are actively reviewing submissions and look forward to working with authors to bring high-quality pieces to publication.
Priority Review Deadline: June 15, 2026
Submissions received by this date will receive priority consideration for the August Issue. We will continue to review submissions on a rolling basis thereafter.
Authors are encouraged to consult prior issues of the Review on HeinOnline or Westlaw to better understand our publication.
