The Fordham Law Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal is currently accepting article submissions to be published in the Spring 2018 semester. We publish on a wide range of topics related to intellectual property; including privacy, the First Amendment, music licensing, cultural heritage, etc. Any authors writing on topics related to free speech, the First Amendment, or online speech will also have the opportunity to speak at our spring symposium.
The deadline for submissions is December 1st. We guarantee a 2-week turnaround on all submissions.
