The Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy is now accepting submissions for Volume 34.

GJPLP is the nation’s premier law journal on poverty-related issues. Since GJPLP’s founding, the journal has pushed the bounds of legal academia by publishing traditional law review articles by nationally recognized scholars alongside practitioner perspectives, student notes, and directly impacted voices.

We invite you to submit a manuscript to be considered for publication. GJPLP welcomes all methodologies and seeks innovative approaches to poverty law and policy in its consideration of law review articles, notes, case studies, case comments, and narrative submissions. Successful submissions will not only describe issues that persist across or contribute to systemic poverty, but will also provide solutions.

Manuscripts should be submitted in .doc format via Scholastica or email at lawjplp@georgetown.edu. Please include contact information (telephone number and email address), an abstract with the title and summary of the piece, and a CV for all authors. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

We look forward to reviewing your work. Should you have any questions, please email us at lawjplp@georgetown.edu.
