The Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review is currently accepting submissions for Volume 58, Issue 1 of our journal. We would like to invite you to submit any of your manuscripts that relate to the broad umbrella of civil rights and civil liberties.

Harvard CR-CL is the premier publisher of revolutionary legal scholarship. In the past year, we have published articles on the racial justice, the death penalty, employment law, and more. You can access all of our past issues at our website, https://harvardcrcl.org/.

We are accepting submissions from January 13–February 13, 2022. You can submit manuscripts via two platforms: 1) Scholastica; 2) E-mail to crcleae@gmail.com (Scholastica is preferred). Please submit your article along with a cover letter and a current CV. Footnotes should comply with The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020). Authors must submit manuscripts of less than 30,000 words, including footnotes.

In conjunction with your submission, please complete this survey to assist us in collecting demographic data about our authors.
