The Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal is accepting submissions for Volume 31, Issue 2 of our journal. We invite you to submit any manuscripts related to topical issues impacting professional and amateur sports.
The Moorad Sports Law Journal is committed to publishing scholarly articles on topics of importance in the sports law field. It serves as an interpretative guide and research tool for practitioners, academics, and students on law issues in sports and entertainment. The Journal explains the significant recent changes or developments and addresses the future of law. Past volumes have included articles on copyright infringement, ERISA, gender equality, antitrust, collective bargaining, and regulation of indecent speech.
We would be happy to review and potentially publish any articles that you have written related to the sports or entertainment industry. We are accepting submissions for Volume 31, Issue 2, until December 29th. You can submit manuscripts via two platforms: 1) Scholastica; 2) email to Sports@law.villanova.edu.
