Articles must discuss new ideas and contemporary topics in environmental and natural resources law. All submissions are welcome, but we are especially interested in articles with a focus on land use, disaster law, coastal resilience, and other justice topics. Articles should be over 3,000 words and must not exceed 25,000 words.
