The Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation (JELL) at the University of Oregon School of Law is pleased to announce a call for articles for publication in our 36th Volume, forthcoming in spring 2021. Articles must discuss new ideas and contemporary topics in environmental and natural resources law. All submissions are welcome, but we are especially interested in articles with a focus on land use, disaster law, coastal resilience, and other justice topics. Articles should be over 3,000 words and must not exceed 25,000 words.
