The Journal of Intellectual Property Law, based out of the University of Georgia School of Law, is still accepting submissions for our fall issue. Articles published in the fall issue will see a publication date right at the beginning of 2020. Any articles relating to developments in trademark, patent, copyright, and trade secret are all welcomed and encouraged. You can find a link to submit, as well as some of our past issues, below.
