The Journal of Law and Technology, published by Catholic University Columbus School of Law, is currently accepting submissions for potential publication in Volume 25’s Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 issues. The Journal of Law and Technology serves as a vital online resource providing high quality articles on recent developments in communications law, information privacy law, and intellectual property law as well as other areas where technology and the law intersect.
The deadline for submissions for the Fall issue is July 15, 2016. The deadline for submissions for the Spring issue is December 18, 2016. The editing process for publication begins soon after these dates for each respective issue. The Journal of Law and Technology respectfully requests that authors please use footnotes and editing practices as outlined in the submission guidelines, which are available under the For Authors section of the Journal’s profile. All footnotes should conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook.
The Journal of Law and Technology accepts articles and abstracts for consideration from students, practitioners, and law school faculty members.
