The Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law (TJICL) is still accepting submissions for Volume 34, Issue Two. We invite scholarly articles on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to global conflicts, climate change, statehood, migration, international athletics, international humanitarian law, and corporate accountability. We encourage you to submit your most innovative, daring, and impactful work for consideration. TJICL looks forward to reviewing your submissions.

Submissions for Issue Two will close on January 19, 2026, or when our publication needs are met. TJICL cannot accept submissions from student authors currently pursuing a JD. The maximum word count for submissions is 25,000 words, and Microsoft Word (.docx) format is strongly preferred. Acceptances are made on a rolling basis.
