The Marquette Benefits and Social Welfare Law Review is accepting submissions for the second issue of Volume 28. This issue will be published in May of 2027.
Scholarship which proposes legal solutions to social problems is welcome. Topics with a focus on employment or criminal law are of particular interest, but this is not a requirement.
