The Notre Dame Journal of Emerging Technologies is now accepting submissions for its Fall 2026 Volume 8 publication. JET is Notre Dame Law School’s newest journal, and we are seeking scholarship on how technological innovations interact with the legal feild. We are interested in a very broad range of topics including (but not limited to) artificial intelligence, medical innovations, and doctrinal limitations in the digital age.
We are accepting submissions from professors, practitioners, legislators, and any scholars interested in novel legal issues with a technological hook. Articles should follow the Bluebook standards and be between 10,000 and 30,000 words, including citations.
