The N.Y.U. Journal of Legislation & Public Policy will begin reviewing submissions for Volume 28/29 on February 1st. While we review and publish pieces on all topics broadly relating to legislation and public policy, we especially welcome articles focused on policymaking in the pressing issues of today (immigration, LGBTQ+ rights, AI, etc.).
Papers must be at least 12,000 words excluding footnotes. Please note we do not publish material by law students, except for pieces co-authored by a professor or practitioner.
Please submit via Scholastica or directly email to: sae.legis@gmail.com. All submission materials should include a short abstract as well as a curriculum vitae. We will give every submission received careful consideration.
