Today, I submitted my Article, "Open for Business: Illinois Courts and Partisan Elections," to your journal. Given my focus on Illinois courts, this Article will likely be published by a law review in this state. This research is timely and critically important-- getting it in print, and available for public discourse, is my key objective. The paper focuses extensively, too, on the southern Illinois' district for supreme court justice. I hope you'll be able to provide a timely review.
