I am happy to share that Florida State University Law Review opened for submissions for Volume 54 on February 9.
We encourage submissions under 25,000 words in length—including both text and footnotes. We will review submissions on a rolling basis until the volume is full. Submissions should include a current draft of the piece in .docx format, the author’s CV, and a cover letter. Please consult our full submissions instructions here.
All articles will be evaluated as expeditiously as possible, but please submit an expedite request to the journal if necessary. We look forward to reviewing your articles and engaging with the novel insights they bring to legal scholarship.
