The Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law (TJICL) is still accepting submissions for Issue One of Volume 34. Submissions will close for Issue One on August 25, 2025, or when we fill our publication needs. Acceptances are made on a rolling basis.

We invite the submission of scholarly articles addressing a wide range of topics with an international or comparative focus. Potential subjects include, but are not limited to, global conflict, climate change, statehood, migration, international sports, international humanitarian law, and corporate accountability.

The maximum word count for submissions is 25,000 words, although we offer some flexibility regarding this limit. We encourage you to submit your most innovative, daring, and impactful work for consideration.
We cannot accept submissions from student authors. Please email jicl@tulane.edu if you have any questions about the Journal's submission requirements.

TJICL looks forward to reviewing your submissions!
