The Rutgers Law Record (Rutgers Law School) is seeking articles for publication for its Fall 2022 issue.  The Law Record accepts submissions on all legal topics. Currently, the journal is seeking submissions from non-student authors, specifically academics, legal scholars and/or judges.

By way of background, Rutgers Law Record is the nation’s first online-only law journal accredited by the ABA. Unrestrained by printing deadlines, we have the capability to publish on a rolling basis. Upon full execution of our publication agreement, your article will be published in approximately forty-five (45) days.

Rutgers Law Record is the third most cited Student Law Journal in New Jersey. Practitioners and legal scholars are able to access our articles through LexisNexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg. Further, our online presence reaches beyond the legal community through the use of non-subscription based websites such as Google Scholar and LawRecord.com.

Please submit your articles as soon as possible via Scholastica or by emailing us directly at lawrecord@gmail.com. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at lawrecord@gmail.com
